Office Volunteer

Serving in the office is a great commitment to make.  Some of the activities you will engage in are:

• answering phones.
• following up with volunteers, guests, people who are not physically well enough to attend church by phone.
• mailing thank you cards.
• Preparing marketing materials, worship guides, handouts.
• Sending letters to volunteers and general church mail outs.
• Data entry.
• Helping to organize hospitality supplies for the upcoming Sunday.

Because we are largely a volunteer organization and a church with a mission to release our people into ministry, we are reliant on volunteers serving in the office throughout the week.  Mondays and Fridays are especially days where people are needed in the office.  If you have signed up to be an office volunteer, someone will contact you on your next steps.
